# Create a campaign with AI

> Describe the result you want in a sentence. RevBridge proposes the campaign, asks what it needs, and you approve every choice before anything is sent.

You don't need to know which campaign type, channels or settings to use. Write what you want to achieve, and RevBridge prepares a proposal: the type, the objective, the channels, the audience, the name and the message. You confirm or change each part, answer a few questions, review the creatives, and launch.

> [!NOTE]

> Rolling out: this feature is being enabled account by account. If you don't see it, contact [support@revbridge.ai](mailto:support@revbridge.ai).

## Start from your idea

Write your idea in either place:

* On the **Dashboard**, in the **Create campaign** view, under **What's your next campaign?** Click **Create proposal**.
* In **Engagement → Campaigns → New Campaign**, under **What do you want to achieve?** You can also **Attach briefing** files (PDF or DOCX, up to 3 files of 10 MiB each).

Write at least 10 characters. Say what you want, who it's for and the result you're after, for example: *"Share an update with my contacts by email and WhatsApp."* Not sure where to start? Click a suggestion like **Share an update**, **Reconnect with customers** or **Promote an offer**.

To skip the AI and fill in every step yourself, click **Manual Wizard** (or **I prefer to set it up manually** on your first campaign).

## Go through the proposal

RevBridge shows the proposal one question at a time:

| Question | What you decide |
| - | - |
| How should this campaign run? | The [campaign type](https://docs.revbridge.ai/campaigns/overview.md#campaign-types) |
| What result are we aiming for? | The objective |
| Where should we reach people? | The channels |
| Who should receive it? | The audience |
| What should we call this campaign? | The name |
| What should the message say? | The briefing |

Check each answer and click **Continue**, or change it first. Open **What the AI assumed** to see what it inferred from your text. The last question has **Build campaign**. To start over, click **Discard proposal**.

> [!NOTE]
>
> RevBridge never picks an audience for you on its own. A suggested audience, including one **Suggested by Growth**, is only used after you click **Use this audience**. You can also choose **Configure audience later**.

## Answer the remaining questions

Next, RevBridge asks what the campaign still needs, in a chat. For example: *"Which event counts as a conversion?"* or *"What is the daily budget in USD?"* Answer in your own words and click **Confirm answer**. Click **Edit** on an earlier answer to change it.

If a reply would change settings you already chose, RevBridge shows **Proposed changes** first. Nothing changes until you click **Apply changes**; **Keep current choices** leaves everything as it was.

**Checks** run on live data as you go. While a check is blocking, you can't move on.

When everything is ready, RevBridge asks **Ready to review your campaign?** Click **Prepare creatives**. The AI writes the messages, and you [review them](https://docs.revbridge.ai/campaigns/creative-review.md) before delivery starts.

## AI help inside the wizard

Even when you set a campaign up step by step, the AI helps:

* **Describe with AI** (Audience step): say who you want to reach. The AI builds the rule and counts who's in before you decide. This takes 1 to 3 minutes.
* **Suggested by Growth** (Audience step): audiences the [Growth](https://docs.revbridge.ai/features/growth.md) Copilot proposed, with their size recounted now.
* **Use the usual**: RevBridge suggests what you usually pick in campaigns of this type, such as channels, sender, budget or conversion event. Empty fields may arrive already filled and marked **Suggested**; click **Undo** to clear them.

> [!TIP]
>
> **Ask the assistant.** With the [RevBridge MCP](https://docs.revbridge.ai/assistant/overview.md), you can also draft campaigns from Claude or Cursor: *"Plan a campaign to reactivate customers who haven't bought in 90 days, by email and WhatsApp."* It prepares the campaign; you launch it in the app.
