# Campaigns

> The campaign types, what each one is for, and how to follow, pause and change your campaigns.

Every campaign starts from a goal and an audience. RevBridge writes the messages in your brand, sends them on the channels you allow, and learns from every round. You choose the type based on how the campaign should reach people.

Go to **Engagement → Campaigns**. Click **New Campaign** to create one, or [start from a sentence](https://docs.revbridge.ai/campaigns/create-with-ai.md) and let the AI propose it.

## Campaign types

> **[Performance Campaign](https://docs.revbridge.ai/campaigns/performance.md)**
>
> Reaches an audience in rounds across several channels and shifts toward what works. For retention, cross-sell, win-back and cart recovery.

> **[Shopping Campaign](https://docs.revbridge.ai/campaigns/shopping.md)**
>
> Sends each person products picked for them from your catalog, by email, WhatsApp carousel or RCS.

> **[Triggered Campaign](https://docs.revbridge.ai/campaigns/event-based.md)**
>
> Messages each person the moment they enter an audience or your system sends them, with up to six touches.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Rolling out: Shopping and Triggered campaigns are being enabled account by account. If you don't see them, contact [support@revbridge.ai](mailto:support@revbridge.ai).

Whatever the type, you [review the creatives](https://docs.revbridge.ai/campaigns/creative-review.md) before launch, and the [control group](https://docs.revbridge.ai/campaigns/control-group.md) can measure what your campaigns add.

## The campaign list

Use the views at the top to filter: **All campaigns**, **Running**, **Drafts**, **Paused**, **Archived** and **Needs attention**. **Needs attention** collects campaigns with warnings, failed creative generation, or a failure in the last 7 days.

Search by name, filter by **Status**, pick a date range, and choose which **Columns** to show (sent, revenue, spend and more).

Under each status, a short line says what's happening:

| Line | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Draft | Still being set up. Click it to continue in the wizard. |
| Preparing creatives | The AI is writing the messages. |
| Ready to launch | The creatives are ready for your review. |
| Creative generation failed | Open the review and click **Try again**. |
| Delivering | The campaign is running. |
| Paused by you | Sending is paused. Resume it any time. |
| Completed / Stopped / Failed | The campaign has ended. |

Click a campaign to open it. Drafts open in the wizard, triggered campaigns open their live monitor, and the rest open the campaign page with its **Configuration**, **Sends**, **Budget** and **Diagnostics** tabs.

## Actions

Open the menu on a campaign row:

| Action | When |
| - | - |
| **Edit Draft** | Drafts that haven't been sent. |
| **Review & Launch** / **Review creatives** | When the creatives are ready. |
| **Pause Campaign** / **Resume Campaign** | Running / paused campaigns. |
| **Edit campaign** | Running or paused campaigns. See below. |
| **Stop Campaign** | Stops the campaign for good: its schedule is deleted and it can't be resumed. |
| **Restart Campaign** | Starts the campaign again. |
| **Go to Analytics** | Opens the campaign's results. |
| **Archive** / **Unarchive** | Moves the campaign to the **Archived** view, or back. |

## Change a live campaign

While a performance, shopping or triggered campaign is running or paused, click **Edit campaign** to change:

* the **Campaign name** (not available for triggered campaigns);
* the daily limit, or **No limit**;
* for triggered campaigns, the **Time between touches** and the **Sending priority**.

To change the messages, use **Edit creatives**: each edit creates a new version that starts with the next round. See [Review creatives](https://docs.revbridge.ai/campaigns/creative-review.md#edit-after-launch). Click **Save changes** when you're done.

Channels and templates can't be changed on a running campaign.

> [!TIP]
>
> **Ask the assistant.** With the [RevBridge MCP](https://docs.revbridge.ai/assistant/overview.md) connected, ask: *"Which of my running campaigns has the best ROAS this month?"* or *"Compare my last two campaigns by channel."* Launching and sending stay in the app.
