Observe events in real time

The Activity view streams every message event from RevBridge tracking: deliveries, opens, clicks, deferrals, failures, and suppressions. Data refreshes automatically, supplying rich metadata for each row.

Date range control

  • Quick buttons (7D, 30D, 90D) snapshot common investigations.
  • Dual calendar pickers allow arbitrary start/end dates with guardrails preventing future selections.
  • All queries automatically include the selected date range when fetching activity data.
Investigate deliverability dips by locking the window around a specific campaign send time.

Event filtering

Toggle statuses (delivered, bounced, failed) and event types to isolate anomalies. RevBridge maps each event to badges for rapid scanning.
Distinguish human opens from proxy-prefetches using open confidence indicators in the metadata.
Switch between all events and unique recipients; the unique mode deduplicates per recipient/event combination so you can report net engagement.
Pagination persists filters. As you move through pages, API calls retain the selected criteria.

Deep dive into a single event

  • Click any row to open the Activity Details modal with headers, message IDs, IP address, user agent, click URL, queue ID, and full JSON payload.
  • The timeline inside the modal sorts events by timestamp so you can confirm the full delivery path for one recipient.
Avoid sharing raw event payloads externally-they may include subscriber PII, IP, or agent strings.

Exports and actions

  • Export CSV packages the current filter set. You receive headers for event type, recipient, status, timestamp (converted to GMT-5), IP, agent, click URL, and queue ID.
  • Refresh manually reloads activity data when you need instant updates without waiting for background polling.
You are done when exports contain the evidence you need and the modal confirms every critical event you expected to see.
