Overview metrics

The overview aggregates:
  • Volume trends by day plus 7-day deltas.
  • Engagement summaries: open rate, click rate, spam complaint rate.
  • Health alerts that trigger when bounce or complaint thresholds breach RevBridge guardrails.
Add the overview to your Monday ritual-if any card goes amber, coordinate with deliverability engineers before scaling campaigns.

Dashboard deep dive

  • Toggle between domains in the selector. Only verified and provisioned domains appear in the list.
  • Compare message cohorts, top-performing segments, and conversion funnels using dashboard widgets.
  • Pivot across date ranges to observe impact of creative changes or warmup cadence.
Charts render with instantaneous data; no CSV imports or manual refreshes required.

Deliverability analytics

  • Deliverability charts plot inbox placement, soft vs. hard bounces, and deferrals. Hover for actual counts and percentages.
  • Performance insights surface recommended actions: e.g., reduce send rate, refresh suppressed segments, or retest authentication paths.
  • Insights auto-select the first available domain but you can swap to evaluate others.
When bounce rates exceed 2% or complaints surpass 0.1%, throttle sends immediately and review suppression lists before resuming traffic.
Analytics is healthy when deliverability stays above 95%, engagement grows week over week, and no red guardrails appear in the insights feed.
