Setup progress

The progress card mirrors the checklist in-app: domain verification, infrastructure provisioning, API key creation, and first test email. Completion percentage updates in real time as you complete each step.

Add & verify domain

Connect checks for verified domains. When the first domain verifies, the dashboard unlocks server provisioning steps.
DNS records must remain in place. Revoking a record moves the task back to Required First.

Provision dedicated servers

Once verified, RevBridge spins up isolated infrastructure. The provisioning task switches to In Progress and shows a countdown (Clock icon) until servers are ready.

Generate API key

Once servers are ready, you can create API keys. When at least one key exists, actions jump you straight to the API Keys page to rotate or issue new credentials.

Send test email

After provisioning and key creation, the final call-to-action routes you to the Integration tab so you can send a guided test. Completion requires a successful test email or visible events in Activity.
You are launch ready when every task row shows a green checkmark and the progress bar hits 100%.

Dedicated infrastructure

Every verified domain receives dedicated servers; we never mix traffic with other tenants.
  • Provisioning card lists each domain awaiting hardware with ETA badges and a differentiator callout (Zap).
  • VIP tenants see a crowned card that accelerates provisioning and surfaces a direct engineer contact CTA.
  • Progress badges (Ready for API Key, Ready for Testing) signal the next automation jump without requiring you to scroll.

Operational signals

Use the quick stats tiles to audit readiness before broad sends:
  • Sending Domains: ensures every domain is either Ready to send or clearly waiting on provisioning.
  • API Keys: counts active keys and prompts generation when zero are live.
  • Integration Status: shows a checkmark only when Connect has observed a successful test dispatch.
Add the dashboard to your daily stand-up. When the Integration tile records a checkmark, you can safely open floodgates for production traffic.
