Manage scoped keys for each environment. Connect lists prefix, permissions, creation time, and last use. Visibility controls (Eye/EyeOff) prevent accidental exposure, while the recycle bin immediately revokes compromised credentials.

Create a key

Select Create API Key, supply a descriptive label (e.g., “prod-app-server”), and save. The full token appears once-copy it to your secrets vault.

Rotate

Issue the replacement key, roll your workloads, then delete the legacy key. The dashboard progress updates instantly to reflect the change.

Audit

Review permission badges (read:emails, write:webhooks, etc.) to confirm least-privilege access.
Tokens are JWT-based. Store them securely and never embed them in client-side code.

Integration guardrails

  • Tabs stay disabled until provisioning completes so you cannot create keys or webhooks for an unready domain.
  • Navigation shortcuts route you directly to /settings or /email-api/api-keys when dashboard tasks remain unfinished.
  • Progress and integration data refresh automatically every few seconds during active debugging sessions.
