RevBridge never places you on shared pools. After domain verification, the provisioning workflow spins up isolated servers, configures authentication, and syncs telemetry pipelines.
  • Provisioning status shows a clock badge and 24-hour SLA reminder while servers are being set up. Once provisioning completes, the dashboard updates to show Ready for API Key or Ready for Testing.
  • Any regression (e.g., DNS change) moves the status back to Needs Verification so you can intervene before inboxes penalize you.
Editing DNS records for provisioned domains triggers re-verification. Coordinate with RevBridge support before making changes during active campaigns.

VIP prioritization

  • VIP accounts receive the golden card at the top of the dashboard.
  • VIP paths shorten provisioning SLAs to roughly two hours and expose a Contact Your Engineer button for immediate escalation.
  • Schedule high-volume launches only after your VIP engineer confirms infrastructure is balanced across regions.

Reliability guardrails

RevBridge tracks queue depth, latency, and bounce spikes. Alerts notify the assigned engineer if thresholds breach safe ranges.
Failed deliveries trigger exponential backoff while respecting provider rate limits. You can observe retries in Activity filters.
Suppression updates, webhook signature validation, and audit logging ensure regulated industries meet policy obligations.

Launch checklist

Verify infrastructure ready

Confirm the Dedicated Server card lists zero provisioning domains and each quick stat tile shows the expected counts.

Validate integrations

Ensure API key and webhook tabs load successfully; send a test email and confirm the integration tile turns green.

Schedule monitoring

Configure alerts via the Status page (https://status.revbridge.ai) and add RevBridge’s escalation channel to your incident workflow.
Your infrastructure is production ready when every domain displays Servers Ready, provisioning cards disappear, and test messages round-trip through Activity without delay.
