# Check your data syncs

> Follow each store connection, see what the latest sync brought and fix interruptions in Data → Overview.

**Data → Overview** lists your store connections and how each import is going. Come here after you connect [Shopify](https://docs.revbridge.ai/integrations/shopify.md) or [VTEX](https://docs.revbridge.ai/integrations/vtex.md), and whenever data looks out of date.

## Read the list

Each row is one connection.

| Column | What it tells you |
| - | - |
| **Source** | The connection and its store address |
| **Latest sync** | The status of the last run: Completed, Failed, Queued, In progress or Cancelled |
| **Records in latest run** | How many records the last run brought |
| **Next run** | When the next import is scheduled, or **Paused** / **Not scheduled** |

While a store's history is still loading, the row shows **Importing order history** with a percentage and the date reached so far. Afterwards, it shows **Orders synced through** and the date of the newest order.

Use the filters (**All sources**, **Connected**, **Reconnect**, **Disconnected**) and the search box to find a connection.

## See the history of a connection

Expand a row to see when it was connected, its connection ID and its **Recent syncs**: each run with its status, whether it was **Scheduled** or **Manual**, the records it brought and, for failed runs, **Error details**.

## Act on a connection

| Action | Where | Effect |
| - | - | - |
| **Sync now** | On the row | Starts an import right away instead of waiting for the next run |
| **Reconnect** | On the row, when the connection needs it | Opens the authorization again so imports can resume |
| **Pause schedule** / **Resume schedule** | Row menu (**⋯**) | Stops or restarts the automatic imports |
| **Remove connection** | Row menu (**⋯**) | Removes the saved connection from this workspace. To use it again, connect the integration again |
