Brand Elements define your visual identity and brand voice. RevBridge AI uses this information to generate templates that match your brand automatically.

Overview

Access Brand Elements from Assets → Branding in the sidebar. Here you manage your:
  • Brand Dossier (comprehensive brand profile)
  • Color palettes
  • Typography settings
  • Logos and imagery
  • Brand voice guidelines

Brand Dossier

A Brand Dossier is RevBridge AI’s complete understanding of your brand. It powers AI template generation.

Creating a Brand Dossier

1

Enter Your Website URL

Provide your main website URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com)
2

Start Brand Scan

Click Scan Brand to begin AI analysis
3

Wait for Processing

The AI crawls your site through multiple stages: crawling pages, processing assets, analyzing colors, and generating insights. A live progress indicator shows the current stage and percentage (1-3 minutes total)
4

Review Results

Review the extracted brand information
5

Refine and Save

Make adjustments and save your Brand Dossier
The Brand Intelligence system visits multiple pages on your site to build a comprehensive picture of your brand identity. If your site uses bot protection (e.g., Cloudflare), the scan may take longer or require manual adjustments.

Brand Dossier and Campaigns

A completed Brand Dossier is a hard prerequisite for launching any AI Campaign. Without it, campaign launch is blocked with an error message directing you to set up your brand first. When you launch a campaign, the system always uses the latest completed Brand Dossier — not the one that existed when the campaign was created. This means:
  • If you re-run brand discovery and update your dossier, all subsequent campaign launches automatically use the new brand identity
  • A dossier in “pending” or “failed” status does not satisfy the requirement — only completed dossiers count
  • AI-generated campaign content is always grounded in your current brand

Color Accessibility

RevBridge AI checks your colors for WCAG accessibility compliance:

If your colors don’t meet accessibility standards, you’ll see a warning. Consider adjusting for better readability.
