Troubleshooting
Integration Won’t Connect
Verify you have admin access to the platform
Clear browser cache and try again
Check if the platform is experiencing issues
Contact support if problems persist
Data Not Syncing
Check integration status for errors
Verify connection is still authorized
Try disconnecting and reconnecting
Manual sync can be triggered from settings
Missing Data
Confirm the data exists in the source platform
Check sync filters or date ranges
Allow time for incremental sync to complete
Review data mapping settings
