Permissions
Integrations request only the permissions needed:
- Read customer data
- Read order data
- Read product catalog
- No write access to your platform

Troubleshooting
Integration Won’t Connect
- Verify you have admin access to the platform
- Clear browser cache and try again
- Check if the platform is experiencing issues
- Contact support if problems persist
Data Not Syncing
- Check integration status for errors
- Verify connection is still authorized
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
- Manual sync can be triggered from settings
Missing Data
- Confirm the data exists in the source platform
- Check sync filters or date ranges
- Allow time for incremental sync to complete
- Review data mapping settings
