Billing settings let you manage your RevBridge AI subscription, view invoices, and update payment information.

Accessing Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing from the sidebar.
Only organization Owners can access billing settings.

Plans and Pricing

RevBridge AI uses an invoice-based billing model with monthly billing cycles.

Billing Model

  • Monthly billing cycles — invoices are generated on the 1st of each month
  • Usage threshold — monthly billing starts after the 100,000 email threshold is reached
  • Flex billing — real-time spend tracking against your billing threshold
  • Invoices are forwarded via email. For billing inquiries, contact billing@revbridge.ai

Upgrading Your Plan

Plan upgrades are handled via Stripe-hosted checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

Go to Payment Methods

In Billing, find the Payment Methods section

Click Add

Click Add Payment Method

Enter Details

Enter card or payment information

Save

Save the payment method

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Click Edit on the existing method
  3. Update the information
  4. Save changes

Removing Payment Method

  1. Add a new payment method first
  2. Set the new method as default
  3. Remove the old method
You must have at least one valid payment method on file to maintain your subscription.

Invoices

Viewing Invoices

All invoices are available in the Billing section:

Downloading Invoices

  1. Find the invoice in the list
  2. Click the Download or PDF button
  3. Invoice downloads to your device

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:
  • Billing period
  • Plan charges
  • Usage charges (if applicable)
  • Taxes
  • Total amount

Billing History

View your complete billing history:
  • All past invoices
  • Payment history
  • Plan changes
  • Credits applied

Failed Payments

What Happens

When a payment fails:
  1. We’ll notify you by email
  2. We’ll retry the payment automatically
  3. After multiple failures, service may be limited
  4. Account may be suspended if not resolved

Ensure card isn’t expired and has funds

Update If Needed

Add a new payment method if current one is invalid

Retry Payment

Click Retry Payment in Billing

Cancellation

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel:

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing

Click Cancel

Click Cancel Subscription

Tell us why you’re leaving (optional)

Confirm

Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • No further charges
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate within 30 days without data loss
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
Cancellation cannot be undone after 30 days. Export any data you need before that period ends.

Enterprise Billing

For enterprise customers:

  • Pay by wire transfer or check
  • Net 30 payment terms
  • Custom invoicing available
  • Purchase orders accepted

Custom Agreements

Contact sales for:
  • Volume discounts
  • Annual contracts
  • Custom SLAs
  • Dedicated support

Tax Information

Updating Tax Details

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click Tax Information
  3. Enter your tax ID (VAT, GST, etc.)
  4. Save changes
Tax IDs are validated automatically and reflected on future invoices.

Tax Exemption

If your organization is tax-exempt:
  1. Contact support@revbridge.ai
  2. Provide exemption documentation
  3. We’ll update your account

FAQ

When am I charged?
  • Monthly plans: Same date each month
  • Annual plans: Same date each year
  • Usage: Calculated at end of billing cycle
Can I switch from monthly to annual? Yes, contact support or click Upgrade to switch. Annual plans typically offer a discount. Do you offer refunds? We offer refunds within 14 days of initial signup. Contact support@revbridge.ai. Can I pause my subscription? Contact support to discuss pause options for temporary situations.
