The Dashboard is your home base in RevBridge AI. It provides an at-a-glance view of your most important metrics and helps you track progress toward your engagement goals.

Overview

When you log in to RevBridge AI, you’ll land on the Dashboard. It displays:
  • Key Metrics: Total users, active campaigns, conversion rate, and revenue
  • Setup Progress: Onboarding checklist for new accounts
  • Quick Stats: User growth, campaign performance, and engagement trends

Key Metrics

The Dashboard displays four primary metrics:

Total Users

The number of unique customers in your database. This includes:
  • Customers imported from integrations (Shopify)
  • Customers added via CSV upload
  • Customers created through events API

Active Campaigns

The count of campaigns currently running. This includes AI Campaigns (Autonomous Broadcast) in an active state.

Conversion Rate

The percentage of targeted customers who completed a desired action (purchase, signup, etc.) from your campaigns.

Revenue

Total attributed revenue from your campaigns, calculated based on conversions within your attribution window.

Setup Checklist

For new accounts, the Dashboard guides you through setup with a progress checklist. Steps are gated — some actions unlock only after their prerequisites are completed.

Connect Your Data

Link your Shopify store or configure the Events API to import customer data.

Run Brand DNA

Analyze your website to extract brand identity. This is required before you can generate templates or create campaigns.

Configure a Channel

Set up at least one communication channel (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp). Required before creating campaigns.

Generate Templates

Create message templates using AI generation or the built-in editor. Requires Brand DNA.

Launch Your First Campaign

Create and launch an AI campaign. Requires Brand DNA, at least one channel, and templates.
If a prerequisite is not met, you’ll see an inline alert explaining what’s needed and a link to complete it.

Quick Stats Cards

Below the main metrics, you’ll find detailed stat cards:

User Growth

Shows the trend of new users added to your database over the last 30 days. Useful for understanding customer acquisition velocity.

Campaign Performance

Displays aggregate metrics from all active campaigns:
  • Messages sent
  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Conversion rate

Revenue Trend

A chart showing attributed revenue over time, helping you visualize the impact of your campaigns. The Dashboard provides quick access to common actions:

Refreshing Data

Dashboard metrics update automatically. The data refresh frequency depends on your data sources:
  • Campaign metrics: Real-time
  • Customer counts: Updated hourly
  • Revenue: Updated with each new conversion event
If you notice metrics seem stale, try refreshing the page. If issues persist, check your integration status in Data → Integrations.
