Account settings control your personal profile and security within RevBridge AI.

Accessing Account Settings

Navigate to Settings → Account from the sidebar.

Profile Information

Your Profile

Manage your personal information:

Updating Your Profile

Go to Account Settings

Navigate to Settings → Account

Edit Fields

Click on the field you want to change

Save Changes

Click Save to apply changes

Security

Password

To change your password:

Click Change Password

In the Security section, click Change Password

Enter Current Password

Verify your identity

Enter New Password

Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters)

Confirm

Re-enter the new password and save

Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security:

Enable 2FA

Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Choose Method

Select authenticator app or SMS

Set Up

Scan QR code or enter phone number

Verify

Enter verification code to confirm
We recommend using an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) for better security than SMS.

Active Sessions

View and manage your logged-in sessions:
  • See all active sessions
  • Identify session device and location
  • Sign out from specific sessions
  • Sign out from all sessions

Notifications

Email Notifications

Configure which emails you receive:

Notification Preferences

Toggle each notification type on or off based on your preferences.

Account Deletion

To delete your account:
  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Confirm by entering your password
  5. Your account will be scheduled for deletion
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data will be removed, but organizational data may be retained if you’re part of a team.

Troubleshooting

Can’t Change Email

Your email is used for login authentication. To change it:
  1. Contact your organization admin
  2. Or contact support@revbridge.ai

Lost 2FA Device

If you lose access to your 2FA device:
  1. Use a backup code (if you saved them)
  2. Contact your organization admin
  3. Or contact support for identity verification

Session Issues

If you experience unexpected logouts:
  1. Check for multiple active sessions
  2. Clear browser cookies
  3. Disable browser extensions
  4. Try a different browser
