General settings let you configure workspace-wide preferences for your RevBridge AI account.
Accessing General Settings
Navigate to Settings → General from the sidebar. This is the default page when you open Settings.
Timezone
Configure the timezone used throughout your workspace:
- Campaign scheduling: All scheduled sends use this timezone
- Date display: Dates and times in the dashboard and reports are shown in this timezone
- API conversion: Dates sent to external APIs are automatically converted to UTC
Select your timezone from the dropdown. Timezones are displayed in Region/City (UTC±HH:MM) format.
Set this to the timezone where most of your customers are located to make campaign scheduling more intuitive.
