Rolling out: this feature is being enabled account by account. If you don’t see it, contact support@revbridge.ai.
Register your brand
Open Settings → Channels → RCS. The form is prefilled with your brand identity: review it before submitting. Every field and file is required.
Click Submit registration. A preview shows how your profile will look.
Test and launch
1
Add testers
Under Testers, add phone numbers to try your messages before launch. Each number gets an invite in its messaging app and must accept it. The phone needs RCS turned on: on Android, Messages → Chat features; on iPhone, Settings → Apps → Messages → RCS.
2
Request launch
When you’re happy with the tests, click Request launch. Your brand enters carrier verification, which can take a few days.
3
Follow each carrier
Status by carrier shows whether each carrier has Approved, is reviewing (Under review), has Rejected, or is Waiting. If verification rejects some details, the fields are marked: fix them and submit again.
Templates
RCS templates live in Content → Templates → RCS. Click New template, choose RCS, say how you’ll use it (Campaign for an audience or Message after an event), then pick a format:
As you fill in the content, a live preview follows alongside. Each card takes an image URL and an image height (Short, Medium or Tall), and up to four buttons: Quick reply or Open link, with up to 25 characters each. Use
{{name}} to personalize the message. In messages after an event, {{link}} carries each person’s own link.
To have the AI write them, choose Generate with AI and describe the campaign. RevBridge writes three variations with your brand identity, and you can Save as template, Edit before saving or Generate again.
In campaigns
- An RCS template is optional. Without one, the AI writes RCS messages as text. With one, its cards and carousels are sent.
- In a Shopping campaign, RCS builds a product card for each person.
- Spend is charged to your Wallet.
