A shopping campaign sends each person products picked for them from your catalog. With For You, RevBridge ranks the catalog per person by browsing, purchases and affinity. It leaves out products they already own and products that are out of stock, and re-ranks as orders and engagement come in.
Rolling out: this feature is being enabled account by account. If you don’t see it, contact support@revbridge.ai.

Before you start: your catalog

Shopping campaigns need a product catalog. Products come from your Shopify store or from a Google Merchant Center feed. To upload a feed, go to Content → Products and click Upload feed. You can upload a file or give a feed URL (Google Merchant Center export or Google Shopping XML, in TSV, CSV or XML, up to 100 MB). Use the Shopping-ready and Needs attention filters to find products that can’t be used yet, and see why. In the Groups tab, click New group to build your own product groups: By term (title, brand or SKU), Manual selection, or From the AI (start from an automatic group and edit it). Groups can then be picked in shopping campaigns.

Create a shopping campaign

Go to Engagement → Campaigns, click New Campaign and choose Shopping Campaign.
1

Objective

Enter the Campaign Name and the Campaign Briefing. Choose an Optimization Goal (Catalog Sales, Product Awareness, Seasonal Promotion, Cross-sell Products, or Clearance & Liquidation) and a Conversion Event (Purchase, Open or Click). There’s no landing page: every product links to its own page. Under Product link tracking, set the UTMs added to every product link. Product ID, variant ID, position in the feed and channel are always added, so each click is attributed to the exact product.
2

Audience

Pick an audience from your library or create one without leaving the wizard. See Audiences.
3

Channels

Choose one channel per campaign: Email, WhatsApp or RCS. For email, you can also choose the sender for this campaign from your verified domains.
4

Strategy & Layout

Under How products are picked, choose:
  • For You (recommended): a different selection for each person.
  • By category: you pick the categories, and products are ranked for each person.
  • Hand-pick: you pick the exact products, for launches, offers or bundles.
Then choose how the message looks:
  • Email: Product grid (no template needed) or Use a template, a library template with a product block set to campaign mode. If you have none, click Create shopping template.
  • WhatsApp: WhatsApp carousel. You need a carousel template approved by Meta. Each person’s products rotate into its cards.
  • RCS: nothing to choose. Each person gets a carousel of their products, or a single card if there’s one product.
5

Products

What you see depends on the strategy:
  • For You: a preview of the products for sample recipients, plus Feed controls: products per send, a repeat window (so the same product isn’t shown again too soon), whether to exclude products already owned, and what to show when picks run out (best sellers, trending in category, new arrivals, or send fewer).
  • By category: pick at least one catalog category or one of your groups.
  • Hand-pick: search and click products to add them.
6

Budget & Schedule

Set the campaign dates, how sends are spread across them, and the daily budget. The options are the same as in Performance campaigns.
7

Review

Check everything on Review & Launch.

Review and launch

Each channel has its own review page:
  • Email: approve or reject the AI-written subject lines. The approved ones are tested against each other automatically. You can edit a subject or use Adjust with AI.
  • WhatsApp: approve the message variations. You need at least one approved message to launch. People whose products can’t fill every card of the carousel are skipped.
  • RCS: there’s nothing to approve. You can choose to resend as SMS when a phone doesn’t support RCS; that message is billed as one SMS.
Then click Launch campaign. See Review creatives for editing and versions.

See what sold

In Analytics, a shopping campaign has a Products tab. It shows which products were picked for each person, why, and how each product performed.
