Growth helps you decide what to do next. Cohorts shows how groups of customers come back over time, and lets you turn any group into an audience and a campaign. The Copilot studies your account, proposes ideas with an expected impact, and tracks each one you approve through to its result.
Rolling out: this feature is being enabled account by account. If you don’t see it, contact support@revbridge.ai.
Go to Engagement → Growth. If your account has the Copilot, you’ll see four tabs: Cohorts, Copilot, Calendar and Learnings.

Cohorts

Cohorts shows retention between two events, for example from a first purchase to a repeat purchase.
  1. Choose a Start step and an End step.
  2. Under Show, pick a percentage, a count of people, or revenue. Revenue is only available when the end event carries a value.
  3. Set the Granularity (Day, Week, Month, Qtr.) and the Mode (Partitioned or Cumulative).
Each row is the group that started in that period. Each column is a period after the start. Click cells, a whole row or a whole column to select people. Then choose who converted or who didn’t, add a Campaign pre-briefing if you like, and click Create campaign. RevBridge creates the audience and opens the campaign wizard with it. Nothing is sent until you launch.

Copilot

The first time, the Copilot asks about your business in a short form under About your business: your category, revenue model, where you acquire customers, and (optionally) your margin, what makes a customer active, and how you see the lifecycle. Click Run analysis to start.
The Copilot needs purchase events. If your account has none, it shows “No purchase events found for this account”. Connect a source in Data & integrations first.
When the first analysis is done, you’ll see what it found and a link to Open this week’s sprint. After that, ask the Copilot anything about your account in a conversation. To get started, try the suggestions Retention drilldown, Growth equation, Funnel diagnosis or Generate hypotheses. Each conversation is saved; start another with New conversation. While you talk, the Copilot can propose:
  • An audience. Click Review & create to see it. Nothing is created until you confirm.
  • A hypothesis. An idea to test, with an ICE score (impact, confidence, effort) and a campaign plan.
When a diagnosis is ready, click Release proposals to send its ideas to the calendar.

Calendar

Campaign calendar organizes the week’s work in columns: Opportunities and watchouts, Campaign ideas, In preparation, Scheduled and Measuring/Result. The Needs you panel lists ideas waiting on you: bets to authorize and bets ready to measure. The same count shows next to Growth in the menu as pending decisions.

Authorize a campaign

On an idea card, click Authorize campaign. The dialog shows: Click Continue to review. The campaign wizard opens on its review step, already filled in. You launch the campaign from there, as with any other campaign. When the measurement window ends, record the result: Validate bet, Reject bet or Mark inconclusive.

Learnings

What the Copilot learns about your account waits for your review under Proposed — needs review. Click Approve to move it to Approved — active memory, or Archive to drop it. Only approved learnings are used in future Copilot sessions. Under Copilot settings:
  • Proactive team: when it’s on, the Copilot analyzes your account automatically and prepares proposals every week. Turn it off to pause the automatic analyses. You can still run analyses by hand.
  • Reset growth-brain data erases findings, hypotheses, learnings, the business profile, experiment results and analysis history. It doesn’t delete campaigns or audiences you’ve already created. To confirm, you type your account name.
Ask the assistant. The RevBridge MCP runs the same kind of analysis from Claude or Cursor: “Show my cohort retention for the last 6 months and where it drops” or “What is my growth equation for the last 6 months?”
