Have a list of contacts in a spreadsheet? Import it as a CSV file. RevBridge checks every row, saves a profile for each contact and groups them into a new audience you can message.

Prepare the file

Use the Sample CSV link in the import window to download a ready-made example.
A CSV brings contacts and their properties, not their purchase history. To import past orders, connect your store.

Import

1

Open the import

Go to Data → Integrations and click Import CSV on CSV file. You can also start from Audiences: create an audience and choose Import contacts.
2

Choose the file

Select your CSV. RevBridge analyzes it before anything is imported.
3

Review the preview

The preview shows how many rows are valid, how many unique emails and phones the file has, and how many are duplicates. It also lists what will be left out:
  • phones not in E.164 format are discarded;
  • rows without a valid email or phone are skipped.
Under Column Mapping, check which columns identify the person and which become Additional properties.
4

Name the audience

Fill in Audience Name, or leave it blank to use the file name. A description is optional.
5

Import

Click Import N Contacts. The import runs in the background, and RevBridge opens the new audience.
While it runs, the audience shows Importing contacts and how many rows have been processed. If you’re on the audience page when it finishes, you see Import complete.

Add more contacts later

An imported audience is a list, not a rule: it holds the people you uploaded. To add people, open the audience and click Add contacts to import another file. Existing members are kept. To build an audience from behavior instead (“bought in the last 30 days”), see Audiences.
Ask the assistant. With the RevBridge MCP connected, try: “Check this contact list for problems before importing it.” or “Import these contacts as an audience called Trade show leads.”
