Before you begin
- Confirm you are provisioned for RevBridge Connect in the RevBridge dashboard.
- Gather DNS access for every domain that will send through RevBridge.
- Choose one warmup domain to send low-volume traffic during onboarding.
Complete the launch workflow
1
Add and verify your domains
Create at least one sending domain inside the Connect dashboard. Publish the TXT, MX, and DKIM records that RevBridge provides. Verification succeeds once all records propagate.
The dashboard card switches to Verified and the setup task unlocks provisioning.
2
Let RevBridge provision dedicated servers
As soon as a domain verifies, Connect boots your isolated infrastructure. Provisioning usually finishes inside 6 hours for standard tiers and inside 2 hours for VIP customers.
Track progress using the Dedicated Server Provisioning card; no action is required from you.
3
Generate scoped API keys
Visit the API Keys tab and create a key per environment. Assign descriptive names, copy the full token once, and store it in your secrets manager.
4
Register webhooks and handshake
Create at least one webhook endpoint to capture delivery, bounce, and complaint events. Supply an HMAC secret and use the Test Webhook action to validate your signature logic.
5
Send a controlled test email
Use the Integration tab to trigger the guided API call or SMTP sample. Target internal inboxes, then confirm the matching event timeline inside Activity.
Once the test email lands and metrics appear in Activity, your workspace is ready for gradual production ramp.
Production readiness checklist
- Dedicated servers show Ready for every live domain.
- Each domain has at least one active API key and webhook subscription.
- Suppression policies are aligned with your legal requirements.
- Observability alerts fire to your incident channel.
