There’s nothing to install and no key to copy. You add RevBridge to Claude, sign in once in your browser, and start asking.

Before you start

  • A RevBridge account, and access to the organization you want to work with.
  • Claude — either the desktop app or Claude Code.
No API key needed. You sign in as yourself, and Claude gets the same access you already have.

Add RevBridge

1

Open connector settings

In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors and choose to add a custom connector.

Paste the RevBridge address

Sign in and approve

A RevBridge sign-in page opens in your browser. Sign in, pick the organization you want to work with, and approve.
Check that the page says RevBridge and the address is revbridge.ai before approving.

Anything that sends real messages shows a confirmation first, with the audience size, cost per channel, and your wallet balance. Read it before approving — that’s the last stop before customers receive something.

If something goes wrong

Your sign-in wasn’t tied to an organization. Open the RevBridge dashboard, select the organization, then connect again. If you belong to more than one, make sure you picked the right one on the approval screen.
The organization you approved may not have API access provisioned yet. Contact support@revbridge.ai and mention which organization you’re using.
You’re probably connected to a different organization than the one that owns it. Ask Claude which organization it’s connected to, then reconnect choosing the right one.
That’s the safety gate doing its job. Ask Claude to preview the send again — if the plan changed after the last preview, it needs a fresh one before it can go out.
A corporate network or VPN may be blocking revbridge.ai. Removing and re-adding the connection also clears a stale sign-in. In Claude Code:
